REINER jetStamp 1025
With a print area of 85 x 25mm, the jetStamp 1025 has the largest print area of the REINER range. Text can be printed from 1 to 25mm high including real time date, time, offset date and counters. The single 25mm-high print cartridge ensures no join or 'stitch mark' appears through the print. Detailed graphics, barcodes and QR codes can be printed at 300dpi resolution. Black inks are available for porous and non-porous surfaces and yellow ink can be used to print onto non-porous dark-coloured products. The ink type can be changed by simply swapping the ink cartridge.
The print unit is simply held in place and one of three triggers in the handle pulled. The printhead then traverses within the frame of the printer to make the print in about 1 second. This method of operation makes the jetStamp 1025 ideal for printing onto bottles, jars, tubes, cartons, sleeves, pouches, lids, documents and many other items.
A digital input is also provided to allow automatic print triggering for inline printing. The jetStamp 1025 also has a built-in cartridge seal to prevent solvent-based cartridges from drying between prints.

Simple 3-Step Operation
1. Design
Using PC Set Graphic software, create or load up to 250 print images. Each may contain text in any font and point size, high definition graphics, barcodes and 2D codes. Variable data such as date, time, expiry date and counters can also be included. Transfer print images to jetStamp 1025 via USB or Bluetooth.
2. Select
Using the integrated display, preview and select the required print image.
3. Print
Hold the jetStamp in place on the product and pull any of the 3 triggers in the handle. The printhead then makes the print in about 1 second. An external input can also be used to automatically trigger printing. Alignment marks in the base of the printer make alignment quick and easy. Martek also offers custom-made jigs for awkward-shaped products to ensure accurate printing.
